To cool these systems efficiently, Ecotherm offers coolers coming from a cold forging procedure. Using high purity aluminum and copper in the shape of pin coolers meets these requirements in an optimum way. In contrast to extruded coolers more complex geometries can be manufactured as well. Apart from customized design Ecotherm also offers a selection of standard dimensions.
