Aerofiber is a bonded non-woven fabric. A mixture of polyester fibers of various densities and cutting fibers are used, which are bonded together by thermal methods for its production. The binding material is a polyester fiber with a low-melting component. This Aerofiber serves as an excellent heat insulator, has good tearing characteristics and high uniformity. Aerofiber remains soft regardless of the period of use, does not deform under repeated compressions and retains its thermal insulation properties. The fabric can have a different density: from 60 to 750 g/sq.m. and a width from 1500 to 3000 mm. Aerofiber is non-toxic and hypoallergenic, does not absorb water, has no smell and does not emit dust. Our products meet the requirements of the Technical Regulation of Customs Union TRCU 017/2011 "On the safety of products of light industry", which is confirmed by test reports from independent experts.
Aerofiber non-wovens are well combined and glued with various materials, allowing you to create products with high consumer properties that can meet the high requirements of designers and other consumers.
Aerofiber is a material that fully meets the below mentioned requirements:
• it lasts a fairly long period;
• non-toxic, which means non-allergic;
• does not absorb surrounding smells;
• not flammable;
• easily takes any form, but always restored;
• strong enough;
• does not crumple and does not come to pieces in use;
• excellent heat retention;
• repeated washing is allowed while preserving the original qualities;
• does not accumulate static electricity.
