1. Glass Washing Section:

2. SPACER ATTACHING SECTION

4. The aluminum spacer positioning adopts special design, accurate positioning, automatically inject the height and thickness of glass, saving labor;

3. OUTER ASSEMBLE SECTION

1. Outer assembling glass, speed is fast;

4. PRESS MACHINE SECTION

1. Adopts accurate positioning, make sure glasses press accurately;
2. The plate of press machine adopts the CNC processing;
3. The press open and close will adopts the air pump.
5. CONVERYOR SECTION
ADVANTAGES:
1. Transmission wheel, the special design structure makes transmission wheel more durable;
2. The conveyor section adopts the inlaid roller to facilitate the large glass delivery;
3. The large frame uses 50mm × 100mm square standard steel tube, the equipment is more stable, enhance the stability of equipment operation.

Transmission wheel, the special design into two pieces,so that this roller can be using for 4 times, saving using cost for client.
Washing section has no chains in side to make sure longer lifetime.The glasses will be Clamping transmission, to make sure small glass not easy to be broken.

When glass is closing, the Positioning block is close to glass.
After measured it, the Positioning block will be leave glasses,
So the glass will be not moved by this block.

Outer press positioning structure
Special design structure to make the line going fluently.
Spacer attaching system adopts hollow design, advantages following:
1. Checking if still having tiny dirt thing which is not easily detectable on glasses, it is one of our patent design.
2. Using matte material density board and warm light tube, long working hours will not hurt your eyes.
3. The light tube is designed in two sections, the large glass and the small glass can be separated, which saves energy and electricity
