The shredwell TSS series tire shredders are specially designed tire shredding equipment to shred End of Life Tyres(Scrap passenger tires, car tires, truck tires, up to 1300mm) into clean shreds or chips around 50mm.

Main features:
Shredwell tire shredder is powered by Siemens motor and controlled by Siemens PLC unit enabling automatic reverse for overload protection and minimizing blades damages. Our knife design operates at extremely close tolerances which produces the clean cut with very little exposed wire, and with over 13 processing steps ensure the best performance and precision tolerance. The knives can be resharpened and reused which significantly increases lifespan and decreases costs. Based on the needs of our customers, our specially designed tire shredding machine(Tire Shredder worked with Rotary Trommel), TSS tire shredders produce a 50-80mm rubber chip, which is used as a coal additive for industrial boilers. Many of these facilities are turning to TDF because it burns hotter and cleaner than coal and is more cost effective..

We will send our enginner team(At least one mechanical engineer and one electrical engineer) to your country to help you to install the machine, and commission as well as training your workers.
