Q3: Should we pay for the sample cost?
Yes , you need to pay. If we have the bag in stock, we just charge the wholesale price and you should take care of express charge. If the bag is customized,the sample charge according to your exact requirement.Please do not worry about this, we will refund the sample cost when the order meet 500pcs for each style each color.
Q4: Do you accept the small order? and what's your MOQ
Sure, we accept small order, and MOQ is 100pcs/color/style.
Q5:Do you do wholesale? if so, how can I get a bulk wholesale quotation?
Simply email us the model number along with the required quantities and sizes, we will provide you the wholesale quotation. We could give you better price if you order is big enough, it can be mixed size mixed styles.
Q6: What is the lead time for sample
Current sample in stock needs 1-3days, customized sample needs7-9days. 4-5days for shipping time.
Q7: How to proceed the order if I have custom logo or other details in the bags?
Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. If sample is available, finally we will go to mass production.
Q8:How about the payment terms?
Payment terms is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
Q9: Delivery time for bulk goods?
Usually ,it is 20-30 work days after customized order PP sample approved. OEM& ODM, The time of delivery is 20-45days after received your deposit. For the urgent order, we will try to do some adjustment to shorten the delivery time .Of course , large order will communicate with you as your request.
Q10: What kind of packaging do you offer?
Normally, 1 piece of bag in a poly bag, some bags in a carton . We can also do it as your requirement.
Q11: Can I have a sample order firstly
Yes Sample order is accepted after you confirmed our quality, then discuss about more business
