Application:
Its mainly applied to extract the sample from tank or pipeline. It also can be assembled at the bottom of the tank or pipeline to drain away from the remains. The aseptic sampling valve is designed for sterilization before and after each sampling. It is applied to beer, milk, beverage, fruit juice, pharmacy industries etc.
Operating Principles:
Valve Open to Sampling: The manual valve is opened by rotating the handle or by activating the lever.The stem and the membrane are then retracted, allowing liquid to pass. Valve Close to sterilizing The built in spring dloses the valve and keeps the channel open between the hoses through reverse process inclosed: Sterilizing-The built- in spring dloses the valve and keeps the channel open between the hoses through reverse process to sterilize.lf using by steam, a small pressure relief valve on the outlet is recommended.
Design Features:
● Standard design: The sterile sampling valve consists of three parts: the valve body, the handle and the diaphragm.
The rubber membrane is placed on the stem and used as a stretch plug.
● Material: valve body 316L handle 304, diaphragm EPDM, PTFE, VMQ
● Maximum pressure: 6bar Maximum temperature: 120°C (EPDM) 130°C (PTFE)
● Maximum sterilization temperature, dry steam: 121-134C. Steam must be dry, because condensed water will damage the diaphragm. It is recommended to replace the diaphragm after every 100 sampling operations or sterilization operations.
● Interface form: quick assembly, welding, thread, hose, boss mouth
