A: Our company is located in Nanchang City, Jiangxi, and our factory is Nanan City, Fujian of China. You are welcome to visit us at any time.

Q: Can I get the sample free?
A: Of course.We are glad to send you a small sample for free (10mm*10mm).

Q: What is the MOQ ?
A: The minimum order quantity is usually 33.5sqm=1 crate, and it can be mixed. Also other small quantity is accepted as requested.

Q: What about the delivery detail?
A: About 10-20 working days after receiving the deposit.

Q: What is your payment method?
A: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance on sight of the copy B/L; Alipay, Paypal; irrevocable 100% L/C at sight.

Q: Do you participate in exhibitions?
A: Yes, we join foreign and domestic stone fairs every year in some places such as America, Italy, France, Russia, Xiamen and Guangzhou.

Q: What is your warranty for marble mosaics, tiles and others?
All goods dispatched from Sinorock are checked for quality, including checks of the appearance of the goods, the color, and the packaging. If you are a customer with goods which appear to have a breakage before unloading, please talk to us directly before initiating complaints. Usually there is a way for us to resolve your issue quickly and make you satisfied!
