Item will be shipped by door to door delivery by DHL or UPS

Parallel import Product, It does not come with any warranty card

CONFIRMED ADDRESS BEFORE SENDING:
We will send the product to Aliexpress's address .
If buyer has to request to change the delivery address.
For security reason, Buyer has to provide a Drive license, Passport I.D ..Etc
The courier company will return the package to us after tried to deliver the product to buyer two times.
If buyer request us to resend the parcel, buyer should be responsible for all the return and resend postage.

If the parcel return back to us

Broken or Defective Item
We check all our items before sending out, if you received an broken item or missing item, please kindly keep all the package material,

take photos , Video then send to us within 14 days.
We ONLY accept those cases reported and provided photos to us within 14 days.
We will help you claim damage or lost from courier company or the supplier
However ,the courier company will take about 14~28 days to investigate the case.
So, Please be patience to wait for the result.
Buyer has to bear the cost for returning it back.
