Q1. Are you manufacturer or trading company? We are manufacturer ,our factory located in Guangzhou,just 30 minutes from the airport.
Q2. Can I change the color of products? Yes. Almost every product we have has a variety of colors and materials to choose from. You can choose the color you like.
Q3. What are the main categories of your products? There are acoustic pod, workstations, office sofa, office chairs, height-adjust tables, conference tables, and other collaborative products.
Q4. What's your payment term like? Our payment term is 30% deposit and 70% before delivery, by T/T, L/C or Western Union.
Q5. How long is the warranty for your products? There is a different warranty for each of our products. We will provide specific warranty, usually in 3 to 5 years.
Q6.Do you have MOQ? We don't have MOQ :):)
Q7. Will you provide installation service? We have detailed manual instruction to make sure installation is easily done, and we do able to offer installation service by clients costs.
Q8. Do you accept customer fabric? Of course. You can provide the fabric you need and the customization requirements before placing the order.
Q9. Can I sample first before the orders? Yes, we provide sample service .
Q10. Can we trade in local currency? Sure. You can choose the payment currency you like.
Q11. How long is the production time? The delivery time depends on the quantity. Usually it will take about 20-30 days after receiving the deposit.
