The factory covers 20000 square meters with over 400 professional workers and various advanced machines. There are 10 hydraulic pressure cutting machines, 10 laser cutting machines, 160 welding machines and various computer stitching machines in the factory. Its daily output is up to 3000 pieces of cooler bags. Annual output is about 1,000,000 pieces of cooler bags or 1,500,000 pieces of other welded bags. Annual sales are over USD 20,000,000. EVERICH uses welding technology instead of traditional sewing to create the really waterproof and airtight bag. It owns 20 utility model patents and 6 design patents.
