Normal power supply: Install 4pcs new AA alkaline batteries to the smart door lock,

can power more than 6 monthsand 180000 timesusing. It supports lower power reminder,

when it remind low power, pls replace the batteries timely.

Emergency power supply: The smart door lock is with a USB port, if the batteries areexhausted, users can connect power bank to the USB port for emergency powersupply.

2- Will this lock fit for my door?

Please measure below length A and width B of your door, then send the measurement to us.

We will recommend the suitable lock mortise to you.

3- Are there mechanical keys come with the lock as backup?

Yes, sure.

4- For the smart door lock with mobile phone APP, does the APP is free?

Yes, the APP is free all the time.
