Q1: What's the wananty for the keystone jacks?
We can ensure 5 years wanranty for different kinds of keystone jacks when the application indoor environment is good and stable.
Q2: How many times for the Re-terminations?
We can ensure over 750 times when you use the right routing method by right tools.
Q3: Can you print our logo on the keystone jacks?
Yes, of course. We are an OEM factory. We can silk print or laser print the logo on the keystone jacks. Just provide your logo design and the fonts, we will do a drawing or make a art sample for your confirmation.
Q4: Whats the difference between Cat 5, Cat 5e and Cat 6? Can I use one in place of another?
The difference is in the bandwith ratings. Cat 5e has a higher bandwidth than Cat 5. Cat 6 has a higher rating than Cat 5e. But they all use RJ45 8P8C connectors and are usually interchangeable depending on the band-width requirements of your devices.
Q5: Whats the difference between T568A and T568B?
The main difference between these two wiring standards is the pin-out configuration. T568B is the more common of the two in the U.S. But For patch cables, you will need have the same pin configuration on both ends of the cable regardless of which standard you choose to use. But If you need to make a crossover cable, you need to configure one end as T568A and the other end as T568B.
Q6: Can you use CAT6 connectors on a CAT5 cable?
Yes, but you dont get the added benefits of CAT6 by crossing connectors and cables.
Q6: Will your keystones fit wall plates and jack panels from other manufacturers?
Our Keystones are a standard size and configuration so they should fit plates and panels from any manufac-turer designed with standard keystone sized holes.
