Needle roller bearings are roller bearings with cylindrical rollers that are small in diameter. In spite of their low cross section, needle roller bearings have a high load carrying capacity and are therefore extremely suitable for bearing arrangements where radial space is limited.

Needle roller bearings are a bearing that is classified as either radial or thrust depending on the direction of the load being supported. Clearance conforms to the value defined by 0 group of GB/T4604 (ISO 5753)
Special precision grade is based on GB/T307 (ISO 492, DIN 620)
Materials: Material for needle roller is GCr15 (100Cr6) bearing steel, quench-hardness HRC60---65.
Material for inner and outer rings is GCr15 (100Cr6) bearing steel, quench-hardess HRC61---65.
Material for cages is low-carbon steel or nylon 66.
