1. Q. How about the Samples' Policy?
A:(1)For our first cooperation, sample is free which is store and buyer pay shipping cost.
(2)For OEM/ODM sample, customer pay for the mould fee if needed and freigh fee.
(3)Sample time: 3 days for stock and our available designs,and 7-15 days for customized design after payment.
2. Q. How about the Samples lead time?
A: Normally 3-7 days for normal styles.OEM sample development depends on designs. 
Samples quantity: 1 piece at less for normal request.
3. Q. What's the deliver time?
A: For order aim at stock items, it will be finished within 3-5 working days
For bulk order generally 10-15 days, also depend on the specific order quantity.
