Natural Raw Fiber Reinforced Material PP Plastic Granules
Nature2need creates eco-friendly material for a sustainable future. Through relentless research & development, Nature2need materials are pushing the limits of durable and bio-degradable polymers - at high-quality, amazing performance and truly low costs.
Spectabio and Bioblend grades are innovative, degradable bio-polymers – "Made to Degrade". Both grades are compostable or 100% bio-degradable. During degradation, the material undergoes decomposition processes induced by micro-organisms in composting and anaerobic digestions processes. Digestions proceeds down to the ultimate stage of small molecules like methane (CH4).
Spectadur and Biodur grades are sustainable, durable polymers – "Made to Endure". Both grades aim to reducing the use of traditional plastics by using up to 75 w.-% of bio-content as reinforcement or filler.
Spectabio and Spectadur grades are reinforced with bamboo fibers, rice husk and wheat straw/husk. Bioblend and Biodur grades are blends of different bio-polymers to improve required properties and reduce cost levels.
Nature2need materials are delivered as bio-compounds suitable for injection moulding & extrusion moulding and as bio-sheets suitable for compression moulding & thermoforming. To suite different product needs, we have grades with varying strength, stiffness, impact and flow properties. All grades are ready-to-use feedstock injection/extrusion molding grades (delivered as compounds) or thermforming/compression molding grades (delivered as sheets, glossy finish, available in sizes up to 2.00 m (in extrusion direction) to 1.30 m (perpendicular), thickness of 0.6 mm to 2.5 mm).

All compounds, sheets and parts can be delivered in different colors, we are able to do color & harmony matching. All Spectadur materials are food grade safe (acc. European REACH, German LFGB, US FDA, ...), ROHS compliant, etc. Alternatively, to bamboo fiber reinforcement, we supply compounds filled with rice husk. Bamboo fibers are improving material properties significantly, rice husk filled materials are sustainable and low in cost. We are able to customize our material on request.
