Despite the years of perestroika, the Almaty Meat Processing Plant was preserved, and in 1999 a plant under the ETKON trademark was built on its basis.
Several years ago, the plant was reconstructed, like the rest of the factories, workshops and sections included in its structure.
Modern equipment was purchased, as the management pays great attention to safety and manufacturability. Despite this, it was possible to preserve the traditional recipe of sausages and the classic method of smoking - firebox with natural smoke.
