Product Information
The BYNIK-50 governor is a high performance governor that incorporates a built-in relief and Auto-Reset OPSO Valve for downstream overpressure protection for commercial and light industrial users. This governor provides very stable pressures with high capacity and excellent shock characteristics maximizing numerous ITO innovation technologies such as air stabilizer rubber, boost balancing pilot tube, balancing diaphragm system, resizable vent opening and adjustable pilot tube. This is the most advanced directly-operated, spring loaded governor you will ever have seen.
*Features of BYNIC-50*
Ease of Governor Selection - The countermeasures against differing inlet pressures enables the BYNIK-50 to have a great installation adaptability.
High Speed of Response - The ITO air stabilizer rubber and very unique pilot tubes give the BYNIK-50 quicker responses to minimize the shock effect of sudden downstream load changes.
On-site Individualization - The inner pilot tubes and the vent opening of the BYNIK-50 have external adjusting parts, which allow an on-site adjustment of the dynamic characteristics.
Outdoor Installation Adaptability - The new vent opening design enables its outdoor installation without any water proof cap or connector.
The NGX Range is a direct-operated high performance governor with built-in strainers, and intergrated JIS flanges. It is suitable to install it indoors since the safety relief valve is not incorporated. A tought lightweight aluminum alloy is used for the body of NGX-20~50, no excessive load is applied to the pipings. The diaphragm case can be removed while the main body is still installed on the piping; maintenance parts (valve disc, diaphragm, O-ring, etc.) can be easily replaced even in a narrow space.

Auto-Reset Over Pressure Shut-Off - It works to avoid outlet pressure rises if any foreign object is caught between the main valve disc and the main orifice, inner sealing failed.
