Application of nichrome alloy wire  

A Resistance Alloy used in electrical heating application. It is recommended for use in dry air applications up to 2150 degrees F with good hot strength. It is an alloy of nickel and chromium with high electrical resistance; used for resistance heating elements. Nichrome 80/20 is an ideal material, because it has relatively high resistance and forms an adherent layer of chromium oxide when it is heated for the first time. Material beneath the wire will not oxidize, preventing the wire from breaking or burning out.

Chemical Composition and Main Properties of Nichrome

2) We have has the world's advanced level of German ALD - VIDP1000 - 8000KG vacuum induction furnace and wire drawing machines from Japan. The quality standard of our ribbon & flat wire are up to  level.

3) With our skilled spooling knowhows, we have successfully magnified the take - up weight on spool. For example, even a superfine wire of 0.04 mm in diameter can be wound and shipped on a 3 - 4 kg bobbin, thus immediately contributing to your productive efficiency.

4) In order to prevent a wire from loosening, we have introduced a developed tension controlled systems into our take - up machine and respooling machine.

5) Rolling mill with 4 stands in tandem is applied to our ribbons (rolled wires) manufacturing.
