1. Standards

According to CA TB 117 (TECHNICAL BULLETIN 117)-SECTION A-Part I elastic honeycomb material vertical combustion, part-II crumb elastic honeycomb material (such as polyurethane foam) horizontal combustion and C part rayon filler material 45 degrees The burning standard is made in accordance with the requirements of the 16 CFR 1615 (FF 3-71) children's sleeping bag (0-6 size).

2. Application

Upholstered furniture combustion performance testing machine is suitable for the burning performance test of filling and toughness materials for sofa upholstered furniture.

The sample is mounted in the sample holder and vertically suspended in the test instrument. After a certain period of time below the flame burning sample is required, the damage degree of the sample is observed, and the toughness filling material is used to evaluate the resistance to combustion, smoldering and scorching.
