Technical Characteristics
1.Positive pressure multistage premixed technology ensures full combustion; extremely low CO and NOx values; high efficiency combustion and environmental protection, thermal efficiency of the unit can reach 100%.
2.Fresh air can be introduced from outside for combustion without consuming precious oxygen in the room; the control system is in a good environment, which can reduce the failure rate of equipment.
3.Adopt low energy consumption axial flow fan as the main fan, which can provide larger air flow and lower energy consumption, the actual air flow is up to 3000m3 / h, under the same heat production, the coverage of hot air increased; properly reducing the temperature of supply air can makes the heat energy and indoor air mixed faster, the outlet air temperature of the equipment is reduced, the risk of burns also reduced.
4.Adjustable simultaneous-motioned shutters air outlet, the effective width of the louver is up to 125mm, after unfolding, the air supply directions can be effectively controlled.
5.The following four control schemes can be selected flexibly:
A. Mobile app wireless network control system, convenient for remote control and management;
B. Using engineering generally used MODBUS-RS485 communication protocol, the ad hoc network control system can be realized; ad hoc network can be wired network or wireless network; the control terminal of the network adopts true color touch screen, one screen can control 20 units;
C. Simple field control system with the ability of temperature control、field power on/off and fault reset;
D. Simple remote wired control system, using wire control to achieve temperature control and power on/off.
6.Equipped with gas leakage alarm system, accidental flameout protection, equipment overheat protection and other safety protection measures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment.
7.When using network control system, the operation status and fault information of the equipment can be viewed through terminal control equipment (mobile phone or touch screen), and the effective instructions are issued to control the equipment.
8.The input and output instructions of the equipment adopt photoelectric isolation technology, all controls are without electricity, safe and reliable; core components are long life design; fire-resistant materials are made of high-temperature ceramics, which completely solves the corrosion problem.
9.When normally use the equipment, the flame is only inside the unit, no flame escape at all.
