NCF's slitting capabilities allow the precision slitting of a variety of materials, including tarpaulins, mesh, fabrics, foams, papers, and foils. Starting rolls can be as wide as 84 inches and 40 inches in diameter. Finished slit rolls can be as narrow as 1.5 inches and put up on cores from one inch to six inches. Our modern slitting equipment assures the fastest possible turnaround times without compromising quality. Our reel to reel slitting machines can handle a wide range of roll formations, including narrow web slitting. We utilize several different cutting methods (shear, razor, and hot knife) as well as multiple winding techniques.
