Machine features:
This bagging machine adopts the most advanced electromagnetic clutch structure, power distribution control switch and screw propulsion feeding. Improved brake control system for tight loading. The best effect is achieved when the bag is loose and uniform and does not hurt the bag. The bag length and tightness of the machine, the bagging specifications and the feeding amount can be adjusted according to the user's needs. The bag can be folded at a diameter of 12-26cm and the bag length is 10-63cm. It is suitable for bagging of all bags.
Process characteristics:
1. The whole body is made of silver-gray metal paint. The main slides are welded with 6mm thick international steel and are durable.
2. Deepen and widen the stainless steel hopper and belt cover for long service life. The stainless steel discharge cylinder makes the bag smooth and without resistance.
3. The friction device adopts the locomotive-level disc brake disc, the brake is sensitive, and the slide is easy to handle. Easy to tighten.
4. With double twisted dragon structure, the loading is more uniform than single spiral auger.
5. The cylinder adopts the air pressure buffer to return to the position, fast bagging, low vibration, no noise, and low machine loss.
