Low thermal conductivity,0.45W/m.k,about 1/100 of the steel pipe,best for hot water supply than metal pipe.
Corrosion resistance,resistant to acid,alkaline and salt solutions.
Healthy and clean,no harmful substances,mould-proof,non-rusting and non-scaling

III. Process control
National standards focus on batch testing of manufactured products. However, according to theEuropean standard ISO21003, EFIELDpays attention to the inspection of production process and the detection frequency is much higher than the national standard.
During the production process, 300mm sample tubes are reserved for each coil of pipe and marked the production date. The sample tubes are used for stripping test and expanding test. Each roll of rewinding pipe is tested by pressing test and shot blasting test.

IV. Crosslinking treatment
Crosslinking treatment is the core of crosslinking PAP pipes.
EFIELD adopts unique crosslink processing equipment.
Through over 95 ℃ hot water 8 h and strictly control the production process to ensure that each meter of pipe material is
cross-linked.
The crosslinking degree is more than 70%. (standard > 65%)
Only by fully crosslinking can the molecular structure change into a three-dimensional network distribution.
In a strict sense, only when the plastic is cured can it be called thermosetting plastic.
After clamping and slippage, there will be no heat expansion and cold shrinkage, no water leakage and water seepage.
