Product Description
Shisha Charcoal Making Machine is mainly used for the compression molding of powdered raw materials such as charcoal powder/coal powder. The mold is customized according to customer needs. Different molds can be replaced during production to produce different products (shisha charcoal and barbecue carbon rods). And the shape of the charcoal (15-100mm) can be flake, cube, square rectangle, circle, diamond, triangle, cylinder, capsule, cone, convex, concave and other various geometric shapes. The charcoal tablet machine can press characters, trademarks and logos on charcoal products. In addition, it can also produce charcoal in multiple layers of different colors or other shapes.
Hydraulic pump station
Owing to barbecue charcoal molding machine use hydraulic type, so it have hydraulic pressure station.
Pressure can reach 100-200 tons, so that final briquette is very hard, and the density is very good.And have pressure gage on the hydraulic station.Also there have pump outside, can ensure the safety, with cooling system.
PLC system
The PLC system enable this machine work automatically or manually, the pressure and pressing times can also be adjusted.
Mould
Mould shape can be cylinder, round, hexagonal, finger shape or customized.Also you can use this barbecue charcoal molding machine with different mould for different shape of briquette.
Hydraulic cylinder
This part is used to offer pressure, so that final briquette will have high density and very hardness.
This barbecue charcoal forming machine is especially suitable for pressing carbon rods or hookah charcoal.
1. The specially designed forced feeder can compress pure powdery charcoal materials with light weight and low density.
2. Specially designed auxiliary equipment can realize automatic feeding and automatic film ejection.
3. Humanized design, the barbecue charcoal forming machine is easier to clean and maintain.
4. The special installation structure makes it easy to replace and maintain the lower guide rail and the pressure roller.
5. The transmission system is enclosed in the worm gear box at the bottom of the main body. It is a completely separated and independent part, which does not pollute each other, but also enables the transmission system to be fully lubricated to reduce noise and wear.
