Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory specialized in producing all kind of kitchen tools and enjoy more than 10 years .
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: In normal, our payment term is 30% deposit and the balance against BL copy. Of course, if you want to do L/C, it’s ok for us.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we can supply existing sample for free , but the customer need to respond for the freight .
Q6. Can you offer OEM/ODM sample?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, for function test,we have 100% test before delivery and for material test, it requested by the customer.

A: Our factory is located in Huangyan area of Taizhou City in Zhejiang Province ,we enjoy the convenience of transportation access. You can fly to Shanghai airport directly and take the direct bus to taizhou station and then we will pick you up .All our clients are warmly welcome to visit our factory !
