A: All of our Silicone products are food-grade, and can be pass LFGA, and CA Prop 65. You can find the certificates on our website. We guarantee all of the products are good for health and baby use.

A: We have strict quality inspection procedures internal, all defective products will be picked out and take care of with material recycling. And we guarantee money return or defective quantity resend if you had received any of defective products.

Q: How Fast Can You Deliver The Goods To Us?

A: That depends on the order quantity and product type, generally, we can delivery in 5-7 days for 1,000pcs and in-stock mold product.

Q:How Will You Pack The Silicone Products?
A: We usually pack the silicone product with clear opp bag and suitable quantity in a master carton, each carton less than 15kgs.

   2)We will provide you the initial solution within 24 hours.

   3)Make 3D drawing file for you to confirm the future details, such as size, appearance, and function.

   4)  Open mold and making Sample and send to you for final confirmation.

   5)Making Mass Molds and start mass Production after getting approve.
