* How to assure the quality of products?

1. Our Lab staff will test the material and check the process card before production.

2. The O.D tester is testing all the time during production, and the production line is always under control.

3. The product will be test by Lab staff after producing.

* Do you offer free sample or not?

1. If we have inventory about the sample you need and the total amount is not large, it's free.

2. If we don't have inventory, according to our company's rule, sample and freight cost need to be paid by your esteemed company. And we will return the sample cost to you when you place the first order with us. Thanks for your support.

* When I want customized products, how to do?  

We have professional equipments, technicians & skilled empolyees, OEM & customized service is welcome. Drawings or samples are required. Of course, purchase quantity should meet our MOQ.

* If I want to purchase, how to pay ?   

Generally we do T/T in 30% deposit before production,70% balance against faxing copy of B/L .

Also payment terms are negotiable depending on customer's request. 

* After paying, what about the lead time and shipping method?

Goods can be delivered by  by air express or by sea; International Express as FEDEX, UPS, DHL,TNT;  You can choose the best way as you wish. 

Generally speaking, 10~30 delivery time are required.
