The description of our products
1. This model is a multi-purpose machine. It can manufacture wall bricks, heat-insulating bricks, grass pavers, square pavers, slop protection pavers, road shoulder pavers, curbs, etc by simply changing the mould.
2. When pressured, transform the excessive oil into vibration force. Directional vibration, frequency conversion, braking and cancellation of vibration energy consumption are all controlled by computers.
3. Low-frequency feeding, high-frequency vibration and template suppressing vibration make the concrete fully liquefied and exhausted within two to three seconds.
4. With the use of new technology, QT12-15A can produce 0.45 m2 blocks, 18 pcs perforated bricks within 15 seconds.
5. The model is designed with a device separating material storage and material distribution. Storage is photo-electrically controlled and materials are distributed as needed. Storage hopper is separated from vibration source to avoid premature liquefaction of some concrete due to the effect of aftershock
6. Special arch device ensures rapid and even distribution of materials, a swinging distribution device is fixed in the hopper and the materials are evenly sent to the mould box.
7. The imported electric appliances, hydraulic elements and specially made oil box cooling system ensure fault-free operation of both controlling and hydraulic systems.
8. Use human-computer interface with menu. The parameter is adjustable any time in accordance with the change of products and materials.

4. Easy operation: The host machine is operated by one person, and other processes will be completed automatically by electronics.Because the pressure of viberating is high, the materials needs less water. So the machine still can work under low temperature.
5. High quality of mould: Mould is an important part of machine. The steel is standard materials for making moulds. We have many procedures like adding carbon and boron, back fire for three times, polishing, and so on. The geomitry of the moulds is standard too.
