Production Process
1.The worker is welding the bed with the steel tube according to the machine drawing
2.The worker is applying a material to the welding position of the bed, so that the surface of the bed will be smoother and more beautiful after being heated at high temperature.
3.These two machines are mainly used to cut steel plates.
4.This 5 axis machine is drilling the holes and milling machine table under the operation of worker,so that the machine bed can achieve high precision and long life.
5.These steel tubes are purchased from the steel tube factory and cut by the wire cutter machine according to the machine size.The next step is to welding according to the drawing.
Packing & Delivery
All the package are fumigation-free and extremely stable in case of any collision occurs during shipping on sea.We equipped with thin-film and waterproof film to against all unknown environment in containers.The loading of cargo usually takes at least 2 forklift to finish to ensure package keep well before delivery.
