Sample Policy : If you need some sample to check our quality , you need to pay some sample fee and the shipping cost, the sample would be returned when you place the order .
Sample Time : If the items you need we have stock , they will be shipped within 3-5 days ,if the item need to be make a new mold, it need about 10-15 days .
Custom Services : Because of we are jewelry factory , you can send us any design or tell us your idea, we will make the sample according to your idea or drawing picture . We will arrange make the sample ,and send to you for your confirmation, and you can change it until you are satisfied with it , and then we will arrange bulk quantity .
1:Could we do our own design ?
Yes, any customized design are accepted here , just please show me your deisgn or your logo , and then, we will make the sample as per your idea.
2:Can i do the mixed order ?
Yes, no problem , but mixed order is just for Stock items , and we have several thousand stock items for youreference , small quantity each design also will be ok.
3:How can i know whether you can make the right design ?
For custom order, first , we will make the drawing picture as per your design / idea , and them send the drawing to your confirm, you can change it and until you said the drawing is ok , we will make the mold as per the drawing picture and show you , after your confirmation, we will arrange production.
4:Can i get some samples ?
Yes, sample is no problem , there are 2 ways for sample
For stock items , the sample time is 3days
For no stock items / custom items , the sample time would be 7-15 days
And sample fee could be regarded as the products cost when you place the order.
5:When can i receive the goods ?
Usually , for stock items , the delivery time is 5-7 Days , and for no stock items / custom items , the delivery time would be 10-20 Days.
6:Could you please tell me your MOQ for custom design ?
Usually , for custom design the MOQ would be 30 Dozens , but if you want to custom many items , the MOQ would be 10-15 Dozens.
