How to make steel plate
Brush the photo sensitive emulsion for a couple times on the surface of a clean blank steel plate, then drying it in the oven
Get ready for an exposure and a film, put the film on the coated plate with tape, put into the exposure and expose for 5-8 minutes.
Take off the film when after exposing, use the water to wash away the covered emulsion, make the image more clear, brush the developing agent slowly. Then drop the etching liquid for 30-60 seconds, wash again to get a finished plate.
