2. What type of graphic format should be submitted in case to make my own designs ?

It's better in Al file or PSD, or at least in JPEG file, the resolution should be No less than 300dpi.

3.How soon is the sample delivery?

If we have the sample in stock, it can be shipped at once.For customized sample, it takes about 7-14days depend on the actual situation.

4.How long is the production time ?
