7. If the shutdown time is too long, wipe the machine clean and remove the booster screw. After applying oil, keep it properly and
reinstall it when using it. 8. When the mortar is too thick or running dry, the resistance will increase and the motor load will
increase. If abnormal noise or pipe blockage occurs, stop the machine for inspection immediately and adjust the mortar consistency
or feed in the hopper. 9. After working for a long time, if there is any mortar flowing out of the transmission part or abnormal
noise, stop the machine for inspection immediately and replace the mechanical seal to avoid greater damage. 10. Insufficient pump
pressure occurs during work, adjust the booster stator bolt or replace the booster rubber sleeve and booster worm. 11. Before
spraying, the sprayed area should be infiltrated with water; when spraying, the nozzle should be as vertical as possible to the
sprayed surface (the distance can be adjusted according to the spraying effect) layered and evenly sprayed, and coordinated with
the flattening process. If the wall is too dry or the time after spraying is too long, it will seriously affect the flattening
effect, and the process must be changed. 12. Fill the hopper evenly and without interruption. When the conveying screw rotates, it
is strictly forbidden to stir in the hopper with a stick to prevent injury. 13. Once the mortar conveying pipe is blocked, switch
the switch to the manual position, only turn on the compressor, remove the quick connector in front of the pump head, and then
block the spray head downwards, and the wind pressure will generate reverse pressure to blow the remaining slurry out of the
conveying pipe. , After installing the quick connector, it starts to work normally. 14. When spraying hands, wear safety helmets,
protective glasses, protective clothing and other protective equipment. 15. The pressurized rubber sleeve and the pressurized
screw are vulnerable parts. In order to prolong the service life, the pressurized stator bolts should be in a loose state during
the first use. It is in normal working condition.
