How to Order.
You can place an order online on our Alibaba website, via e-mail or fill query form along with item number and order quantity. We will then let you know complete details along with total amount to be paid.
Shipping Terms.
Orders are normally shipped via Courier mode, Air freight, and Sea freight. In stock, items will be shipped within 20 to 40 business days of accepting the order and for bulk orders the lead time is as per standard 45 days, 60 days, and 90 days depending on the order quantity. We can accept minimum order quantity as low as 50 units so that every customer can purchase our beautiful products.

Samples
Please feel free to ask for samples before finalizing order for complete satisfaction from your side. Samples will be shipped by DHL/Fedex. Generally it takes 8 to 10 business days for samples to reach final destination.
Payment Terms
Payment Terms: We accept L/C, D/P, T/T and (on scan copy of B/L) 30% upfront to start production and remaining 70% after complettion of the production and before dispatching the consignment
Payment Methods: We accept payment using Telegraphic Transfer, Wire Transfer, Bank to Bank Transfer etc. We also accept PayPal as a payment gateway for the first deal to buildup trust between the parties.

Ans: We are factory located in Moradabad, India, an export hub city. Only 3 hour drive away from national capital, New Delhi.
Q02: How do we determine quality of product before placing larger order?
Ans: We offer third party testing nominated by buyer Testing Lab on randomly picked production samples.
Q05: What is the Minimum Order Quantitie (MOQ)?
Ans: For most of our products, we have MOQ - 50 pieces/sets.
Q07: What is the warranty of the products ?
Ans: Our all products carry replacement warranty. Customer should inform about the defected products within 30 days of delivery.
Q08: Do you carry Product Liability Insurance ?
Ans: We have PLI for some of our products, but we can insure the product on customer's request. The PLI costing will be absorbed in product cost.
Q09: Can you provide samples ? Is sample cost refundable ?
Ans: We can provide free samples as long as you are willing to afford the shipping charges. We can provide samples by using UPS/FedEx etc courier services. Some samples carry nominal charges that are refundable on order.
Q10: Can you make our designs ?
Ans: Yes, we can develop you designs. You just need to provide us your CAD/Drawings/Ideas/Pictures.
Mould cost is refundable if you get any of your design developed with us.
Q11: What kind of packaging do you produce ?
A: Gift Box, Color Box, PVC Box, Kraft Box, Cotton Bags etc. Customer's sugessions are always welcome.
Q12: What is your shipping terms?
Ans: We use air and sea both shipping methods according to buyer's requirement.
Q14: Can your products be customized/personalized ?
Ans: Yes, we welcome the modifications according to our customers.
Q15: Can I get customized shipping markings/product marking as per my choise ?
A: Yes, you can get any shipping marking/product marking as per your choice.
