A: According to the current e-bike structure, the chances to accommodate a motor higher than 1000W are slim. However, we have model D1X that could probably be your best choice.
3. I noticed that your battery is a 48V/12.5Ah lithium battery, Are you able to replace the battery with 48V20Ah?
A: According to the bike sketch, we can only do 48V16Ah Maximum.
4. What brand of battery do bicycles usually use?
A: Battery Brand: ZN
18650Mp, maximum capacity: 2600mAh
5. What other options are there for the tire?
A: There will be Kenda, Dramatic, Zhenxing.

6. Push throttle, full throttle, or half throttle?
A: Half twist throttle, and Pedal Assist (5 Modes).
7. Is possible to switch to LG or Samsung battery in the sample bike, or you don't have it? If you don't have it, are we able to replace the battery ourselves with LG or Samsung battery, or can we only use a China Lithium battery?
A: Any qualified battery can be installed on our bike. We have set up protection systems such as Low Voltage Cutoff Mode (BLVD) on 28V and Battery Voltage Protection on 31.5V.
For example, a 36V motor will only be compatible with a 36V battery.
8. Are the rear suspensions optional or included with the bike?
A: They are all included in the E-bike set.
9. I really like your monitor. Is it optional or included?
A: The Intelligent LCD Display is included.
10. Are the brake lights included or optional?
A: It is excluded in the original. Our brake light has turn signals as well.
11. Does the bike provide additional boards/battery holders for people who want to put in dual batteries?
A: No. But we have on-frame bags available that you can carry the secondary battery.
12. Can you include Samsung, LG, or Panasonic batteries in your sample order? How much extra do you need?
A: The supply of big-name batteries has been scarce and the delivery time is at least 120 days since 2020, so we decided to use the premium lithium batteries that are produced by qualified and trusted suppliers in China.
13. Is the sensor on the bike a torque sensor or a speed sensor?
A: It is torque sensing.
