Modular Design Overhead Ceiling Mounted Crane KBK Light Duty Work Station Bridge Crane With 250kg 1000kg 2000kg, are available as ceiling mounted or free standing configurations. Ceiling mounted systems are mounted to existing steelwork such as roof trusses to leave floor spaces free from additional support steelwork. Floor mounted systems may be preferred if floor space is available or ceiling support is not possible.

 

1. Ceiling Mounted Light Crane System

Ceiling mounted cranes are useful where floor space is limited. Since the crane is directly mounted on the ceiling and no require support columns, so it requires a structurally adequate ceiling structure. Plain long travel can be used when short distance supporting is possible by utilizing I beams.

 

2. Floor Mounted Light Crane System
    Free Standing Light Crane System

There are particularly useful when the the roof cannot support an overhead Crane. The bridge profile is usually reinforced to achieve longer spans and plain long travel track profiles can be used by using reinforced track profiles in the long travel the support distance can be increased rendering the I beams along the track profiles unnecessary. The way installation time is also minimised.

Using our KBK system, we can meet your specific application requirements precisely, quickly and efficiently. The components of our modular system can be combined to create individual KBK-D suspension monorail, KBK-LD single girder suspension crane, KBK-LS double girder suspension, KBK-LSS extending crane, KBK-DT stacker crane, KBK-DZX/BZX Pillar and wall-mounted slewing jib crane, KBK-MD/MS portal crane, etc., with a lifting capacity of 0.125t~3.2t usually and maximum up to 5t, especially suitable for modern production lines!

 

Individually tailored portal support structures offer solutions, for instance, when the ceiling structure is unsuitable for suspending an KBK light crane system.
There are free-standing versions as well as those connected laterally to the building structure.
In order that the operating areas beneath the light crane systems remain easily accessible, any required bracing is fitted as high as possible and the distances between the portal supports are optimised.
Rigid portal structures allow small pillar bases, which are secured using dowels.

KBK installations are of modular design. The basic construction kit consists of simple, well-engineered components. Standardised connection dimensions ensure rapid erection and allow existing installations to be easily modified or extended.

 

The basic elements of the KBK crane construction kit are cold-rolled special rail track sections made of steel that have a smooth surface finish, high rigidity and low deadweight. Special guide surfaces and slightly inclined running surfaces guarantee smooth trolley travel. The rails in the lower and medium load capacity range are of inside-running design to protect trolleys and internal (enclosed) busbars. In the upper load capacity range and especially in the case of automatic installations, the outside-running design ensures easy accessibility to trolleys and busbars.
