Introduction

It is mainly made up by epoxy resin, curing agent and other catalyst, it is a grouting material which has high strength and adhesive strength.

Main points of construction & Notice

Ratio: modified epoxide resin: curing agent= 10:0.7~1 (weight), pour the curing agent into modified epoxide resin, handcraft or use motor stirrer to stir for 1 min.

*Use grouter to proceed pressure grouting, close the grout nipple when it is full.

*Cut the exposed grout nipple after 72 hours, and use cement mortar to recover.

*Use it up once mixing.

*Keep the construction site ventilated and the temperature shall be over 5°C.

*Wear labour protection appliance and pay attention to pressure gage to avoid blasting.

*Use acetone to wash the tools.

Modified epoxy: 5kg/ tin, 10kg/ tin, 20kg/ tin

Curing agent: 0.5kg/ tin

Storage and transport

Store in well-ventilated place and dry place, and keep from fire.

Avoid exposing to the sun and rain, and prevent impinging and pressing.

Shelf life: 12 month
