Our company is located in Shandong Province, China. Our products are mainly from corn deep processing and bio-fermentation. Through more than ten years of reform and development, we have occupied 40% of the Chinese market, with an annual output of 700,000 tons of corn starch, 100,000 tons of modified starch products and 150,000 tons of sodium gluconate. In 2018, the total sales reached 1.5 billion yuan, of which 30% of the export value, we are trusted by more and more domestic and foreign customers.

Introductions

Modified starch, also called starch derivatives, are prepared by physically, enzymatically, or chemically treating native starch to change its properties.

Modified starches are used in practically all starch applications, such as in food products as a thickening agent, stabilizer or emulsifier; in pharmaceuticals as a disintegrant; or as binder in coated paper. They are also used in many other applications.

Starches are modified to enhance their performance in different applications. Starches may be modified to increase their stability against excessive heat, acid, shear, time, cooling, or freezing; to change their texture; to decrease or increase their viscosity; to lengthen or shorten gelatinization time; or to increase their visco-stability.

Food Grade Modified Starch

The use of food grade modified starch in the food industry is very common, and it can be said that it has profoundly affected the daily diet of each of us.

Our company's edible modified starch series products are introduced as follows:

SA-I type edible modified starch

Applications: Jelly, fish balls, soy sauce, canned food, chocolate, etc.

Product features: high viscosity, high transparency, weak settling, stable storage, good freeze-thaw stability, high thermal stability to acid and alkali.

SA-II type edible modified starch

Applications: Grilled fish fillets, grilled squid and other barbecue foods.

Product features: long paste, good film formation, good water retention, easy to gelatinize.

SA-III type edible modified starch

Applications: Instant noodles, regular noodles, frozen foods, etc.
Product features: reduce the degree of retrogradation, increase the strength of noodles, reduce the break rate of noodles, improve the elasticity and surface finish of noodles, shorten the brewing time of instant noodles, and reduce the consumption of edible oil by 2-4%.

SCO-I type edible modified starch

Applications: Yogurt (stirring type), lactic acid drinks, flavored milk drinks.

Product features: high viscosity, high acid resistance, anti-shear, high freeze-thaw stability, fine mouthfeel, not easy to retrogradation, with good emulsifying properties.

SCO-II type edible modified starch

Applications: Ketchup, jam, bean paste, tomato sauce, seafood sauce, salad dressing, mayonnaise, western sauce and other condiments.

Product features: high transparency, high temperature resistance and strong acid resistance, can resist strong processing, good thickening stability, excellent water retention, giving food a delicate surface and reducing the use of pectin.

Edible type oxidized starch

Applications: Gummy, confectionery, ice cream, preserves, fried mixes.

Product features: high transparency, low viscosity, low gelatinization temperature.

1.Qingdao Port is the best choice for us , but we can also choose Tianjin Port or other ports to meet customers' needs.

2.We have a professional logistics center and customs brokers, the whole process to ensure the safety and convenience of cargo transportation.

3.A 20ft container can carry 24 to 26 tons of cargo, and a 40ft container can carry 28 tons of cargo.

4.The delivery date is generally 3~7 days after the payment,and we have sufficient stocks to meet the large demand of customers.
