Depending on the amount of moisture, there are 2 types of potato starch: brand A from 38 to 40% and brand B from 50 to 52%. In addition, there is a classification of each brand: 1, 2 and 3 grade. In the food industry, potato starch is used in the manufacture of confectionery and sausages.
