1.Q: What information we should offer to quote?

A: All the stairs are customized for our clients as per your request. Price varies from different materials and designs. Please contact us for more accurate price. We have to get your preferred designs and staircase measurements such as floor height,stair well width,length etc. Some construction site pictures or project drawing will be great helpful.

2. What is your main products?

We provide One-stop solution for building projects in USA,Australia,Europe,Middle East and Africa. A: All of our staircases have to make trial assembly according to the CAD drawings before delivery in order to guarantee the correct sizes and strength.

4. Q:What is your terms of payment?

A: 40% T/T in advance, balance paid before shipment. Western Union & Credit card is also acceptable. Product pictures and assemble pictures will be sent for checking before arranging balance.

A:Generally it is 25--35 days
