1. Introduction of Mobile pulverized Coal gangue crusher machine

The mobile coal pulverizer machine is widely used in crushing medium hard materials  in railways, highways, coal yards, construction, water conservancy, metallurgy and other industries. Such as coal, coal gangue, pebbles, construction waste, bricks, weathered stone, bluestone, bricks and tiles, nutrient soil, nursery soil, chicken manure, cattle and sheep manure, fertilizer, feed, etc. The machine has the characteristics of convenient movement and strong applicability.

2. Principle of Mobile pulverized Coal gangue crusher machine

The mobile coal pulverizer machine adopts high-speed rotating hammer to impact the ore, breaking the ore along the fragile parts such as natural cracks and cross-sections. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber, raw materials are fed into machine from upper feeding port, crushed under stricking, shearing, and grinding action of the high-speed moving hammer.

There is a sieve plate in the lower part of the rotor. After crushing the material, the particles smaller than the sieve size are discharged through the sieve plate; the bigger particles larger than the sieve hole size are blocked on the sieve plate and continue to be hit and crushed by hammer, till they can pass the sieve plate and then discharge out of the machine.
