These ball bearings are made of high quality Chrome Steel and are pre-lubricated with grease from the factory and is available in ZZ (Metal Shields) and RS (Rubber Seal) configurations.

The 693-ZZ is a 3 mm bore ball bearing that is found in many applications. The 693-ZZ bearing has two non-contact metal shields, one on each side of the ball bearing. If your application requires a 693 ball bearing with only one shield you can simply remove one of the shields. This 3 mm bore ball bearing is a high quality product and can operate efficiently in many demanding applications.

The 693-2RS 3x8x4-millimeter sealed miniature ball bearing has deep groove geometry for high speeds and supporting both radial and axial loads. The rubber seals on both sides of the bearing keep lubricant in and contaminants out, and it comes pre-lubricated from the manufacturer so that no additional lubrication is required. This deep-groove sealed miniature ball bearing is for use in applications that involve combined radial and axial loads and a need for high running accuracy at high rotational speeds. Such applications include clutches, drives, gearboxes, compressors, pumps, turbines, and printing and textile machines, among others.
