TT-R18 Minitype GPS Retroreflectometer For Road Marking is a portable field measuring instrument with an open optical path, which is used to measure the retroreflective brightness coefficient of the marking line. Unit: mcd · m-2 · lx-1. Its main purpose is to simulate the brightness of a motor vehicle driving on a highway at night, with headlights shining on the road (made of retro-reflective materials), and the brightness observed by the driver in the cab. The parameter is the night retroreflective brightness coefficient, which is the RL value. This instrument can measure the retroreflected brightness coefficient of the graticule under the conditions of dry, humid and continuous rainfall.
