3. High-precision lifting system,digital display raising height of the upper portion of the machine.
4. Three pairs high-quality nylon brushes,brushed the first two pairs brushed can raised to used for LOW-E glass cleaning.
5. All the machines conveyor rollers is vulcanized rubber rollers.
6. Main driving realize step-less speed regulating by inverter and speed gear transmission to ensure stable and reliable.
Matters Needing Attention
1) Be sure to spray the wet foam soft sponge roller first, then turn on the blower, and then turn on the heater. Turn off the heater first, then turn off the blower.
2) When the thickness of the glass plate changes, the glass cleaning must first adjust the height of the wind knife, otherwise, it will cause damage.
3) Before stopping the transmission motor, be sure to lower the speed regulator to zero.
4) There are emergency stop buttons at the inlet and outlet ends, which can be used in emergencies.
5) The glass must be placed within the limit of the feed break.
6) When adding tap water to the washing water tank, the water level cannot exceed 250mm. When the water level is lower than 200mm, the glass washing machine should add water in time.
7) Before cleaning the glass, the sponge roller in the equipment must be filled with water to make it swell with water before it can be used.
