3.Q: Can I get some samples?

 A: We are pleased to make sample for u, but for first time, we always accept sample fee, but after place order to MOQ, we will refund to u for our first cooperation.

4.Q: What's your MOQ, Shall we order with small QTY?

 A: If items we have in stock,the MOQ is 1pc. If this item is out of stock or need to be customized, the general MOQ is 500pcs.But if you use our ready material,small qty is also welcome, but the cost is much higher due to the salary and other fee is also higher.Details you need to contact our salesperson for check.

2)Production time

Regular time is 35-45 days, if urgent small order, we can make it earlier. In contrast, if qty too big, we will see the qty to make sure the delivery time.

EXW, FOB, CIF, door to door, any of them are available to us.

Checking the material before material supplier offer us

Checking the cutting mould before cutting

Checking the logo plate before we printing or embroider logo

Checking the cut material swatch before start to produce

Checking every stitching and procedure when producing

Checking the whole bags again before packing

Checking the qty when packed into carton

Checking the whole cartons before shipment

Checking the arrival to the port with forwarder

7)The regular whole procedure of bags production:   

Mass production confirm---open the mould of cutting-Buy material-cutting-printing logo-start to produce and stitch one step by step-packing-payment-shipment

8)About Payment:

Regular way: TT advanced 30% deposit, TT 70% before shipment. 

Small qty: U may pay via trade assurance service.

Big qty: TT 30% deposit,70% irrevocable LC at sight

9)About Sample: 

For the first cooperation, we need to charge sample fees, and it is refundable after u place order if qty up to MOQ. For our repeated clients, the sample will be free. If sample is simple, we have ready material in our sampling room, sample can offer for free also.
