C101/102 dump truck pump (Manual / Airshift) Parker Commercial pump can be replaced with Permco DM-640-25, DM-512-20, DMD-20,DMD-25, Parker C101/102, Metaris MH101/102.
Features:
Single shaft units (C102/G102) mount directly to the vehicle drive train. All can be connected in two- or three-line circuits to control single-acting cylinders.
All units are supplied with factory-set 2000 psi relief valves.
• Offering high performance and high endurance due to its cast iron construction.
• All cast iron 3 piece construction fully rebuildable
• High pressure shaft seals(Taiwan brand)
• Direct acting relief c/w load check
• Pressure balance thrust plates
• Heavy-duty roller bearings provides long lasting service even in the roughest of dump applications(USA brand)
• Two or three line hook-up( U can choose by yourself)
• Factory set rotation(Left rotation in usual, u should let me know the rotation once u confirm the order)
• Manual Cab Control and Optional airshift control
• Factory set relief pressure @2000 psi and 2500psi
• Optional mounting bracket for C101( if u also need Bracket for C101 and G101, we also can provide to u)
• Dowelled for higher pressure with Relief Valve.
• Pump and cylinder protected in the “Raise” & “Neutral” position of the valve spool.
• 100% factory tested.
Our dump body pump/valve products deliver the right flow range for most applications at 1800 rpm/2000 psi. Models with two shafts (C101/G101) can be mounted to remote PTO's operating in either direction of rotation.
