All returns, whether defective products or otherwise, must be pre-authorized by us. Please contact us to get approval before shipping the returned products. The products must be in original condition.
In all cases, shipping fees for the return of an item( whether for refund or exchange) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Replacement merchandise will be shipped free of charge.
