Warranty Terms and Conditions
The products are followed the precisely calculated by engineer team, and data after the experiment to produce. Please to ensure to follow the warranty instructions.
Warranty Period
Applicable for most commercial purposes within one year from the confirmation of receiving.
Maintenance Mode
The damaged, defective and etc parts shall be confirmed by our professional engineers through pictures and videos, which not included in the following scope. Repair or replace equipment parts according to specific fault conditions.
Does not include:
A. Any man-made damage, scratches, and destruction;
B. Use false pictures and videos to make warranty appeals;
C. Damage or failure caused by any unsupported modification (specific self-modification matters please communicate with our staffs to ensure);
D. Unauthorized repairs or modifications made by individuals or others before our feedback;
E. Due to improper storage of users, such as long time in harsh outdoor environment without protection.
