Single Storage Cell Safety Test
Dropt testing steps:
(a) Charge the single storage cell according to 6.1.3
(b) Drop the positive negative terminals of the cell from the height of 1.5m to the concrete floor;
(c) Observe for 1h
Battery Module Safety Test
(a) Charge the battery module according to the standard 6.1.4
(b) Drop the positive negative terminals of the battery from the height of 1.2m to the concrete floor
(c) Observe for 1h

2 With height digital display instrument and tracing height with encoder, so can measure the precision drop height.
3 The drop height tolerance within2%or 10mm;
4 Adopt pneumatic structure, fix the specimen with special fixture (range adjustable), push the drop button, p neumatic cylinder open, specimen free dropping. The drop height controllable, and with height steel ruler which makes drop height available. 5.Various kinds drop floor optional. Meets different testing standards.
