Q1: What's the maximum processing capacity of this machine?

A: Nomally, the maximum processing capacity is M36. The machine can maintain a high processing efficiency within this sizes. The largest sizes of the tap we have removed is M48 till now.

Q2: What's the requirements for working liquid? how to choose it?

A: The function of liquid is acting as dielectric. Usually, tap water can be used for most working situation, like steel workpieces. Pure water or distilled water is better. If the work piece is Aluminium, the kerosene is recommended. For cast iron, we suggest cutting fluid.

Caution: When kerosene is selected, measures isolating the air and/or any other flammable gas shall be taken AND DO NOT USE PUMP to avoid any fire hazard!

Q3: What positions does the machine handle?

A: The working head of machine is separated with main power box, and with a magnetic base which can be absorbed at any ferromagnetic material directly. And the working head can rotate in 360° positions for more conveninet processing.

Q4: Is it waterproof?

A: It is designed to work in normal circustmance, not for wet and water circustamance. If used in wet circustmance, necessary measures should be taken to prevent short circuit.
